Infinity Labs operates in accordance with the laws of the U.S. When you access our Websites from outside the U.S., we may transfer the personal information that we collect from you to a location outside of your jurisdiction, including to the U.S. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may not provide you with the same protections as those of your jurisdiction. Applicable Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of Ohio. Processing Purpose(s) – Processing orders (including collecting payment and sending invoices), delivering products/services, responding to inquiries, management of customer purchases, compiling details of user engagement, processing job applications and Human Resources Data for purposes of administration and communication, and to comply with labor law requirements.

Examples – Type of browser you are using, country of origin, terms you enter into the search functions of our Websites, and information on unique visitor impressions on our Websites.
Processing Purposes – To evaluate consumer trends and usage related to our Websites and allows us to improve our Website content and offerings accordingly, and sending marketing materials (including offers and other information we feel may be of interest to you).

Excluded Information – Certain laws require separate privacy notices or are exempt from general personal information privacy policy disclosure requirements. Such laws include health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) or clinical trial data; and data covered under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
Comply with a legal obligation.
Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Right to Opt-Out (and Opt-In Rights)
If you are age 16 or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell or share your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years old. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales or sharing may opt-out of future sales or sharing at any time.
To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by emailing us at privacyinquiries@i-labs.tech.
Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. However, you may change your mind and opt back in to personal information sales at any time by contacting us at privacyinquiries@i-labs.tech.
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not, for example:
Deny you goods or services.
Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Right to Limit
We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you (the "right to correct inaccurate personal information").
Exercising Your CCPA Rights
To exercise your CCPA rights described above, please submit a request by either:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know, correct or delete related to your personal information.
You may also make a request to know, correct or delete on behalf of your child by contacting us in the manner set forth above.
You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request to know or delete.
We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.
Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please contact privacyinquiries@i-labs.tech.
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at our sole discretion.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Section 12. Additional State Residents
Other state consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:
Confirm whether we process their personal information.
Access and delete certain personal information.
Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
Data portability.
Opt-out of personal data processing as applicable and required by applicable law.
Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.
