Date: December 22, 2025

Dayton, OH — Long known to mission and industry partners as the premier engineering services provider of the government-owned, open-source, and community-informed modeling and simulation framework, the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM), Infinity Labs proudly announces a Prime contract award on AFSIM FORGE. The Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Air Force Research Lab, Aerospace Systems Directorate, is “designed to mature and scale AFSIM into an enterprise capability while fostering a vibrant community of users, developers, and maintainers contributing to its evolution,” as stated in the public solicitation announcement.

Selection as Prime awardee on AFSIM FORGE continues Infinity’s remarkable journey of success from startup to established industry modeling and simulation leader in under six years. According to Chief Revenue Officer Kurtis Glendening, “from our earliest contracted work, our mission partners noticed and appreciated Infinity’s engineering expertise and deep knowledge of AFSIM from the framework’s earliest days in the Air Force Research Lab. This award is a testament to our developers and engineers, their unrivaled commitment to excellence and detail, and Infinity’s reputation as the trusted partner in AFSIM enterprise development”.

Infinity would also like to recognize two teammates and partners on this contract effort, including Booz Allen Hamilton and Viento MS&A. Michael Bennett, Director at Booz Allen, remarked on Booz Allen’s early connection with Infinity lauding the partnership and each company’s complementary capabilities, stating, “Infinity and Booz Allen make remarkable cohorts. Our companies find pathways to success and true partnership in our strong desire to serve our defense customers and grow transformational modeling and simulation capabilities for the warfighter”. Jim Sewell, Chief Operating Officer at Viento MS&A, knows Viento brings significant expertise in AFSIM core development on major programs of record, across air and space domains, and incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) into the framework. According to Sewell, “Viento is excited to deliver these capabilities in support of Infinity Labs in our joint efforts to modernize and transform the AFSIM framework and the unique outputs it produces”.
